The journal allows open access to its contents. The International Journal of Surgery and Medicine (Int J Surg Med) is dedicated to publishing reports on all aspects of surgery and medicine. The journal is one of the fastest communication journals, and articles are published online within a short time after acceptance of manuscripts. The types of articles accepted include original articles, review articles, point of technique, case series. case reports. It is published monthly and accepted manuscripts in English. It has an online and print version (soon by Lulu press).

1 accepted review article = 120 EUR (The publication will be ready up to 10 days after acceptance.)

1 accepted case report = 70 EUR (The publication will be ready up to 10 days after acceptance.)

Fast-track service = 30 EUR (The publication will be ready up to 3 days after acceptance.)

Fast-track review = 50 EUR (Time from submission to first decision = 3 days.)
